1. Scope of Services

We specialise in designing and manufacturing custom-built, lightweight cabinetry for mobile living, including but not limited to:

Caravan Furniture Fitouts

Kitchen Cabinetry

Bathroom Vanities

Wardrobe Systems

Home Office Fitouts

Commercial Installations

Our process includes consultation, design, manufacturing, and installation of products tailored to your specific needs.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing is subject to change if the scope of the project is modified after acceptance.

A deposit is required to commence any project, with payment milestones clearly outlined in the contract.

3. Payments

Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule in the project contract.

Late payments may incur additional charges or delays in project delivery.

We accept payments via bank transfer or other methods specified in the invoice.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated project timelines will be provided during the consultation phase.

Delays caused by external factors, such as material shortages or unforeseen circumstances, may affect delivery times.

We will communicate any changes to timelines promptly.

5. Custom Designs

All designs remain the intellectual property of Infinity Designs and Cabinetry until full payment has been received.

Any changes to approved designs may incur additional costs and impact timelines.

6. Installation

Clients are responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation on the agreed date.

Infinity Designs and Cabinetry is not liable for delays caused by inaccessible sites or other client-related issues.

Any post-installation adjustments must be requested within 14 days of completion.

7. Warranty

We provide a warranty for workmanship and materials.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors.

Clients must follow care instructions provided for their cabinetry to maintain the warranty.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable once the production process has begun.

Refunds for other payments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Liability

Infinity Designs and Cabinetry is not responsible for damages or losses caused by incorrect measurements provided by the client or third-party contractors.

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, including weather, supplier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and content produced by Infinity Designs and Cabinetry remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using our designs for purposes outside the agreed project.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this location.
